A dedicated Qualified Teacher of Multi‑Sensory Impairment (QTVI) with 15 years experience supporting children and young people aged 0–25 with a wide range of complex needs, including moderate to profound SEND, Communication and Interaction difficulties, autism (ASC), SEMH, and life‑limiting conditions. Taught across a range of settings, including home, mainstream and SEN early years, primary, secondary and college, as well as in hospital.
Previous roles include: mainstream class teacher, SEN class teacher, head of SLD department in a large SEN school and QTMSI within a local authority. Currently, I am working as a Lead MSI Practitioner at Seashell Trust.

Developing a range of home/school/ EOTAS programmes and inclusion programmes for multi-sensory impaired students.
Collaborative working with a range of professionals across education, health and social care, including case management teams.
Delivering a range of coaching, advisory and mentoring support

Qualified as a Tactile Working Memory Scale Supervisor, bringing specialist insight into developing cognition through the tactile sense for congenitally deafblind/ MSI learners.
Well‑versed in supporting learners with rare syndromes, including CHARGE, and confident in adapting environments, communication systems, and curriculum access to meet highly unique sensory profiles. Passionate about advocacy, inclusion, and empowering young people with complex needs to thrive.
