Although the analysis of the longitudinal data gathered on pupils is of central importance within the Study, a summary report is provided on an analysis performed on the data collected in the first year (T1).

Subsequent reports on each year of the Study will be provided following the analysis of the data submissions..

The Individual Pupil Data Collection Forms: Introduction provides guidance on the use of the optional Individual Pupil Data Collection Forms for Cohort A and Cohort B, which have been prepared to assist LA HI Support Teams in the collection of data on individual pupils in readiness for entry on the web based online Survey Questionnaire in Year Three of the project.

Individual Pupil Data Collection Form: Cohort B

The Individual Pupil Data Collection Form: Cohort B has been prepared to assist LA HI Support Teams in the collection of data on individual pupils in readiness for entry on the web based online Survey Questionnaire in Year Three of the project.

Cohort B comprises children who were at the end of Key Stage 2 (National Curriculum Year 6) in academic year 2016-17.

In Year Three of the project the data collected will relate to academic year 2018-19. Unless they had been moved out of their age group, cohort B pupils would have been in NC Year 8 in academic year 2018-19.

The Form, which is optional, will need to be used in association with a reference copy of the Survey Questionnaire which provides the response options for the questions and guidance.
