'We’d love to hear about your experiences as a parent or carer of a deaf child or young person. Your insights will help shape our future support, services and campaigning – ensuring they reflect what families need most. 

The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete and is open to all parents and carers of deaf children aged 0 to 25 across the UK – including those with any type or level of hearing loss. It’s available in both English and British Sign Language (BSL).
